1. This promotion is being run by Vision Operations (Pty) Ltd t/a Vision Works (“the promoter”).
2. The promoter reserves the right to end or amend this promotion at any time.
3. The promoter also reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value to that advertised.
4. To receive a R 100.00 (one hundred Rand) Vision Works voucher, users must visit the new Vision Works website www.try5.vision-works.co.za at any time after 00:00 on 1st September 2021 and be one of the first 10 (ten) people to complete the customer database sign-up form on the store locator page.
5. The first 10 (ten) users will be determined by the time that they successfully register on the Vision Works customer database on the Vision Works system.
6. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for connectivity issues, system errors, or delays howsoever caused.
7. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. Vouchers offered as part of this promotion may only be redeemed against in-store orders at participating Vision Works stores. They are not valid for online purchases.
9. Vouchers may be used as full payment for item(s) costing R 100.00 or less, or as part payment for item(s) costing more than R 100.00, on payment of the balance.
10. In the event that the voucher is used as payment for an instore order to the value of R 100.00 or less, no change will be returned in any format and the R 100.00 voucher will be considered as having been used in its entirety.
11. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, or to purchase items that are on promotion or which have already been marked down.
12. Vouchers may not be used to purchase any professional fees or devices These include (but may not be limited to): eye tests and prescription lenses, contact lenses. Vouchers may however be used towards payment for frames, readers, non-prescription sunglasses, and accessories.
13. The voucher will be valid for three (3) months from the date of issue, or until 31 August 2021, whichever date comes sooner.
14. The judges’ decisions in each case will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Voucher winners agree to their names and/or likenesses being published on the promoter’s social media channels in conjunction with this promotion.
16. Only prize winners will be contacted by Vision Works.
17. The promoter’s standard terms and conditions also apply.
18. Any and all data submitted by users pursuant to this promotion will be protected under the terms of the Vision Works Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”).
